The Caregiver Advantage’s practical approach develops skills for navigating daily tasks to make this unmanageable role, manageable. Key concepts help and encourage you, the caregiver, to rediscover the “me” inside the caregiver role.

Compassionate mentoring focuses on restoring a sense of personal choice. Honoring and acknowledging the impact of current life-changes, we recognize it never gets easier: together we just get stronger.

In my 20 years in caregiving, as Consultant, Trainer, Coach, Author and personally walking in this role, I now often work with caregivers who have been in this role over 15 years. I promote a community where caregivers can come together and move towards a life that includes THRIVING throughout their journey.

“Who Cares? A Companion Guidebook” gives a refreshing insight into the ultimate needs of the caregiver. This book stands out as a forerunner in understanding the true needs of those who selflessly care for their loved ones in a unique and uplifting manner. I am using the book and accompanying audio CD’s as a resource for my own clients.

I learned I can feel validated that I am doing the best I can to keep him safe and secure, that my choices are reasonable, right and caring and that I will seek help if I am not sure of the best action to take.
