Creating a Community that supports Self-Care for Caregivers.

An exciting joining of partners for caregivers is providing a free seven week program of education and training for 13 caregivers.

The Caregiver Advantage received a grant from American Association of University Women, Nevada County, California, promoting the collaboration of Helping Hands Adult Day program  for hosting The Caregiver Advantage (TCA)  and providing respite for care-recipients.

AAUW is helping to strengthen the “safety-net” for the region’s most vulnerable citizens.

We will be starting another program of “The Caregiver Advantage” for 2021. The start date is June 17th Thursday. We are now accepting applications…please call 530 277 1294 for Elizabeth or go to contact tab to email to register.
